2.1 Age Requirement

333bt's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If age verification is required, 333bt may request relevant documents at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, 333bt reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in account cancellation. If any information changes, please notify 333bt promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. If any unauthorized access occurs, notify our support team immediately. 333bt is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333bt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Verification Process

Before a withdrawal, 333bt reserves the right to verify your identity. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

For deposits and withdrawals, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bets.
• 333bt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• In case of a breach of terms, the bonus and related winnings may be voided.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is prohibited.

333bt's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached gradually through active play. 333bt reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, and members will be notified of such changes.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

333bt uses fair play technology to ensure every game is completely unbiased. Any fraudulent activity, software bots, automated play, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

333bt reserves the right to void any winnings or bonuses paid out unintentionally due to a technical error or system failure. In such cases, a decision will be made after a proper investigation.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. Members must comply with these limits.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling an account.

9.1 Closure by Member

333bt may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended inactivity (not logging in for a prolonged period).

333bt accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss or forfeited bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Loss resulting from a member's account password falling into the hands of a third party.
• Service unavailability during unplanned or announced maintenance periods.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment gateways.

In the event of any dispute, 333bt's records shall be considered final.

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team directly in the first instance. We believe most matters can be resolved through amicable discussion.

• An initial response will be provided within 3 business days of a complaint being submitted.
• Additional time may be required to investigate complex matters.
• If unresolved, action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.
